Ferio Kamata is a group of three apartment hotels: Ferio Kamata in Kamata 2-chome (9 rooms, built in 2020), 7 minutes on foot from Keikyu Kamata Station; Ferio Kamata II in Kamata 2-chome (14 rooms, built in 2023), 8 minutes from Umeyashiki Station; and Ferio Kamata III in Kamata 3-chome (14 rooms, built in 2024), 4 minutes from Keikyu Kamata Station. Ferio Kamata and II have 17–24 m² studios for up to 2 or 3 guests; III has 17–23 m² 1Ks for up to 2. Every room has a kitchen and a washing machine (gas stove at Ferio Kamata, IH at II and III).

A cleaning fee is charged once per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no deposit or key money.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Follow the instructions we send in advance and go straight to your room without a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with a kitchen, a washing machine and other everyday facilities in the room, booked and checked into like a hotel. Stays of 1 to 29 nights.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
As these are short stays, there is no regular cleaning during your stay as a rule (please contact us about long stays).
Can I use the kitchen and washing machine?
Every room has a kitchen with an IH stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and a washing machine. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided.
